Overview

The Referee Web Applications uses interactive web pages and email to quickly convey your game requests and notify you of your assignemts. The highlights of the process are listed here. Click the links for details.

• Register on this web site
• Login when you visit the Referee Web Application
• View the schedule of available games and review your assignments.
• Click on games and positions (Center Ref, Assitant Ref1, Assitant Ref2) that you would like to call
• When you receive an email assignment from our Referee Coordinator, return to this web site to confirm (or cancel) your assignment

It is that simple.

How do I Register?

You must register with this web application. Click on the Referee | Register link. You will be asked for your name, email address, phone #s, USSF Badge Level, a Password, and for youth referees, your age. This information will be kept confidential, and not distributed to anyone. The Referee Web Application is based on email communication, so a working email is essential. Please note the email address that you supply and your chosen password. You will need them to login to the web application, prior to requesting games. Top

How do I get access into the Referee Web Application

Visit the Referee section of our web site. You will need to login using your email address and password. There are two different login links, one for Juventus League games, one for tournament games. Click the "I forgot my Password" link to get an email with your password immediately sent to you. (Please don't register twice.). Top

What games are available and how do I request a Game Assignments?

Once you have logged in, you will see an ordered list of available games. Three assignment slots are available for each game (Center Ref:CR, Assitant Ref #1:AR1, or Assistant Ref #2:AR2). Simply click on an available game/position in which you are interested and our Referee Coordinator will be sent an email, notifying him of your request. You may request as many games as fits your schedule. You will be copied on the emails sent to the Referee Coordinator. Top

How will I know when I have been assigned a game?

Our Referee Coordinator will view all referee requests and make assignments. When he assigns you one of your requested game slots, this will be reflected in the schedule and you will immediately be notified by email. The email will contain all the game particulars, date, time, field, position and Game #. We ask that you then return to the Referee Web Application to confirm your assignments. Top

How do I confirm my game assignments?

Click the link in your confirming email to return to this web site. Login. Find the Game # that you have been assigned in the schedule. You will notice that game assignments that you have not confirmed are colored pink. Those that you have confirmed are colored green. Click on your name. Check either the Confirm or Cancel checkbox and submit the form. You will see the colors change accordingly. Top

How do I cancel one of my game assignments?

If you need to cancel an assignment, please return to this Referee Web Application. Login. Find the Game that you have to cancel. Click on your name. Check Cancel, and Submit. An email will then be sent to the Referee Coordinator. Top

How can I review and / or print my assignments?

Return to this Referee Web Application. Login. Click on the link that says, "Show Only My Games". The schedule will be whittled down to just your assignments. Click the Print button on your browser to get a print out. Click "Show All Games" to return to the complete schedule. Top
