Guest Players : up to 7 loaned from outside your club (bring an approved US Club Soccer Loan Form for each guest player. You do not need a loan form for any players registered within your US Club Soccer sanctioned club.
Check-In & Credentials: You must have a full set of 2008-09 US Club Soccer passes, a roster, and birth certificates for each player. There are 2 other options using 2008-09 CYSA passes (requiring CYSA travel forms or USCS Tournament Insurance).
